Request for Tender Participation Lodge, Grey Bruce Sewage System Upgrading Project Holland Centre, ON Contract 17-041 SEALED TENDERS, in envelopes clearly marked as to contents, will be received by: Mr. Trevor McFadden Participation Lodge 684136 30 Side Road, RR 1 Holland Centre, ON N0H 1R0 Up until 2:00 p.m., local time Friday, May 18, 2018 for Upgrading of Existing Sewage System at Participation Lodge, Grey Bruce The major estimated quantities are approximately as follows: Twelve (12) Peat Moss Filled Biofilters Two (2) septic tanks, siphon tank and distribution boxes Approximately 535 m³ of imported sand (T time of 6 to 10 min/cm) Approximately 450 m³ of clear stone Access Road construction Restoration of disturbed areas, approximately 3400 m² Yard Piping Each tender must be accompanied by a tender deposit in the form of a certified cheque or a Bid Bond payable to the Participation Lodge, Grey Bruce along with a signed Agreement to Bond for 100 % Performance and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond.
