PUBLIC NOTICE - HIGHWAY CLOSING TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Township of Georgian Bluffs proposes to enact a By-law to stop up and close part of the original shore road allowance abutting Part Lot 7, Georgian Range, being Part 10, 16R-5605, geographic Township of Keppel, municipally known as 505073 Grey Road 1. Following the stopping up and closing of the shore road allowance, the Council of the Township of Georgian Bluffs proposes to transfer the ownership of the shore road allowance to the abutting property owner. THE PROPOSED BY-LAW will come before Council for consideration at a meeting in the Council Chambers at the Administration Building located at 177964 Grey Road 18 on Wednesday May 9th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, and at that time Council shall hear in person or by his/her counsel, solicitor or agent, any person who claims that he/her land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
