The building is approximately 80 square m (860 square feet). Construction is stone foundation wall, wood framing, clay brick and conventional wood stick framing. Specifications and Tender Forms may be obtained on September 10, 2018 at the office of the Municipality. Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars made payable to the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula.
