NOTICE OF 3rd MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY LIAISON COMMITTEE By Southgate Solar LP Project Name: Southgate Solar Project Project Location: Within the Township of Southgate in the County of Grey. Southgate Solar LP is engaging in a renewable energy project, in respect of which, the issuance of a renewable energy approval (REA) was received on November 6, 2015. The proposed Southgate Solar Project will be located on multiple privately-owned parcels in the Township of Southgate, in the County of Grey. Project Description: The Southgate Solar Project will have a nameplate capacity of 50 megawatts alternating current, located near Mount Forest, in the Township of Southgate, and County of Grey, Ontario. The proposed project location is contained within an area bounded in the north by Southgate Road 22, Grey Road 9 to the south, Southgate Sideroad 47 to the east and Southgate Sideroad 39 to the west. Additional information about the project is available on the proponent's website at: www.samsungrenewablenergy.ca/southgate. 3rd Meeting of the Community Liaison Committee: To continue effective consultation with stakeholders and community members, Southgate Solar LP will be holding a third Community Liaison Committee (CLC) meeting. The meeting will be held on February 29th, 2016. Members of the Committee will be actively participating in the meeting, however the public is welcome to attend and observe. The CLC meeting will provide an ongoing opportunity for two-way communication and information sharing to assist in the identification and resolution of current and potential community issues related to the construction phase of the project. Dillon Consulting Limited has been retained as a facilitator to organize and coordinate the CLC. Southgate Solar LP intends to provide information regarding current and upcoming on-site activities at the meeting.
